Once I enroll, how long before my policy is effective?
If an employee enrolls between the 1st - 15th of the month, their effective date of coverage will be the first of the following month. Example: Employee enrolls on 10/14, their effective date is 11/1.
If an employee enrolls between the 16th and the end of month, their effective date of coverage will be the first of the NEXT month. Example: Employee enrolls on 10/18, their effective date is 12/1.
